Siding & roofs
Soft wash. Low pressure plus a cleaning solution that kills mildew at the root, so it stays clean longer and nothing gets damaged.
Concrete & pavers
Full pressure. Driveways and walkways can take it, so we use the power needed to get out ground-in dirt and stains.

Good questions
Will it damage my siding?
No. Siding and roofs get a soft wash at low pressure. High pressure is only used on concrete.
What about my plants?
We wet them down before we start and rinse them after, so the cleaning solution doesn't hurt them.
Do I have to be home?
Not always. We need an outdoor water spigot. You're welcome to walk the job with us at the end.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the size of the job. The estimate is free and you get the price before we start.
